Practice today Tuesday (08/14) as usual

Sorry for not posting this earlier. Work and life are too much to handle at this time. Hope to see few of you there. 

Practice rescheduled for Tuesday (08/07) to Wednesday (08/08)

Due to schedule conflicts for me this week. Practice will be reschedule from Tuesday (08/07) to Wednesday (08/08), same time same place at Arcadia HS Track. Please inform others who are planning to attend the practice this evening. Thanks!

p.s. Did you watch the women's pole vault finals? USA Jenn Suhr took GOLD with a height of 4.75m ~ 15'7". I hope you will be following the men's pole vault this week!
