- Warm-up: 1/4 mile jogging the straights and skipping the curves, 1/4 mile striding the straights and walking the curves.
- Pole Vault Drill Series: pop-up drills (2 straddle, 4 swing over, 6 wrap drill).
- Vault – 5 to 10 full vault x each person. Focus on jumping up with the pole, full extension and square through shoulders, no blocking, be aggressive.
- Learn How to Partner Pick Off Drills: 5 x each person.
- Walking/jogging drop & plants series ~ 15 minutes.
- Leg Loaders: 5 times pole run simulation with pole drop: hips high, good core.
- Hurdle Mobility: 2 times x Walkovers/Skipovers Alternate Leg/Same Leg, Over Unders, Lateral Over Unders.
