Wednesday night practice will be the usual. Arrive at the track by 5:45pm so we can get things going. Arcadia All-Comers will be again this Saturday and I hope all of you will be able to compete at this home meet. It's important to get the feel of competition again and it doesn't matter if you're a foot below your PR last season. You need to get some of these jumps out of your system and see how you can improve from right now. See you Wednesday!
